Eligible unused items must normally be returned within the period stated by the original sales channel, complete with labels, certificate, packaging, gifts and proof of purchase.
Important Exclusions
Personalised, engraved, resized, specially made, worn, altered or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law or a confirmed quality issue.
